I stayed at this hotel with my family, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the waterfront and close proximity to downtown and the Adler theater. However, some areas nearby seemed a bit unsafe at night. The rooms with two queen beds weren't even cleaned properly; the sheets were dirty, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers pet amenities, which is a nice touch.
